Pascal Kai
Pascal is a passionate designer who has through his 9 years of experience worked on portfolios ranging from residential, commercial and agricultural buildings. He founded the Kai Design Center, in Buea, Cameroon in 2020 after working in the design and building fields since 2012.

Simon – Stock Ndim
Simon – Stock started off his educational journey with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry, the love for the design of the built environment led him to pursue a career in architecture where he went on to obtain a Master of Building Engineering & Architecture.

Dilane Ajua
Dilane is a lover of simplistic and functional designs. He worked his way up the rungs of the construction industry where he served on work sites as building, tiling and plumbing assistant respectively while pursuing a Master of Building Engineering & Architecture.
Civil & Structural Engineer
Diane Ndjemba
Diane is an enthusiastic engineer with a MEng in Industrial Engineering with 13 years of experience in industrial and port facilities such as the Douala & Kribi deep sea ports and the Kadji Brewery. In 2023, she founded HALF Industry Plc, in Douala, Cameroon with whom she led the construction works for the Carrefour supermarket projects for Bonaberi, Ancien Dalip and the Grand Mall as well as the Daily Market of Borne 10 in Douala, Cameroon.
Electrical & Electromechanial Engineer
Joan Edimo
Joan is a born technician with a passion for electrotechnics, he holds a MEng in Electrical and Electrotechnical Engineering Degree. During Joan’s 4 year career journey, he worked in Cameroon and Senegal where he led the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) for several construction projects with the most prominent being the construction of THE ONE apartment building in the Almadies neighborhood of Dakar, Senegal.

Roderick Diangha
Roderick is dedicated to fostering creativity and is an effective communicator. He uses these skills to create appealing designs that speak of the client’s desiderata and translates complex architectural concepts into simplified constructible designs. He holds a Master of Building Engineering and Architecture and is the lead architect of Alpha Engineering Plc where he commits to empowering aspiring architects.
