Please note that refunds and exchanges are not possible once a payment has been completed, as all transactions are automatic, all sales are final! If the purchased files you downloaded are corrupted or do not include all listed pages and files or if any page or file is missing, we will send you a full replacement file without delay.
Regina House Plans has no obligation to provide a refund or plan exchange in situations including, but not limited to the following:
– You have changed your mind about the plan;
– You mistakenly purchased a plan;
– You purchased the wrong plan;
– The plan will not fit, or is not suitable for your plot;
– You do not have sufficient expertise to use the plan.
